Terms of Service
Starter Scope
The AUD $100 Starter package includes one page, contact form, Google submission, and up to three small copy or image tweaks within 30 days. New pages, new sections, major rewrites, new features and complex layout changes are quoted separately.
24-Hour Preview
The service aims to send a preview link within 24 hours after payment and required information are received. If key details are missing, the timer starts after those details are supplied.
Refunds
If work has not started, the customer can request a refund. Once the preview build has started, refunds are assessed case by case based on work completed and the agreed scope.
Domain Names
New domains are AUD $19/year and renew yearly. Renewal reminders are sent before expiry. If a domain is not renewed, the website address can stop working. Connecting an existing domain may require registrar login access or customer-led DNS changes.
Truthful Content
The customer is responsible for supplying truthful licence, insurance, rating, review and guarantee information. The website should not publish claims that are not true.
Business Details
A production site should show the business entity, ABN, contact details and registered business information where required.
