Domain and Payment Flow

After the build preview, the quiz asks whether the customer already owns a domain name or needs help finding one.

Domain Options

• Customer already has a domain: 100 Bucks Website connects it for free, but DNS registrar access or customer-led DNS changes may be required.
• Customer needs a domain: the mockup checks availability and suggests alternatives.
• Optional domain add-on: AUD $19/year.
• Domain renewal is yearly. The customer receives reminders before expiry. If the domain is not renewed, the website address can stop working.
• Customer can skip domain selection and sort it later.

Payment Step

The mockup shows a secure card payment form, a large total today amount, GST included note, one-off payment copy, Stripe/PayPal-ready trust text, and a pay-now button. Payment is simulated and then the user sees a launch confirmation screen.

Refund Policy

The copy links to the terms and states the refund rule before payment. A simple policy is: if work has not started, the customer can request a refund; once the preview build has started, refunds are assessed case by case under the service terms.

Launch Confirmation

The confirmation sets expectations: 0-2 hours for confirmation email and missing questions, within 24 hours for the preview link, 30 days for included small tweaks, then launch after approval.
